Homage to Ārya Parṇaśavarī!
頂禮聖山林葉衣佛母！
Homage to the Triple Gem!
頂禮三寶！
Homage to the Bhagavan, the Tathāgata, the Ārhat, the perfectly complete Buddha Amitābha!
頂禮薄伽梵 如來 應供 正等正覺阿彌陀佛！
Homage to the Bodhisatva, the Mahāsatva, Ārya Avalokiteśvara who has great compassion!
頂禮大悲聖觀世音自在菩薩摩訶薩！
Homage to the Bodhisatva, Mahāsatva Mahāsthāmaprāpta!
頂禮大勢至菩薩摩訶薩！
Homage to you, the impish Bhagavati, the piśāci Parṇaśavarī, bearer of baHle-axe and lasso!
頂禮持鉞斧及羂索之薄伽梵母、矮小、食肉母山林葉衣佛母！
Whatever fears may arise – all of them, and whatever contagious diseases are possible, and whatever
fatal dangers are possible, and whatever immensely fatal dangers are possible, and whatever injuries are
possible, and whatever disturbances are possible, and whatever internal harm is possible – all of these
that may occur only occur in the childish practitioners, not the experts.
諸凡怖畏生，彼等一切及，或各疫病，或各致死，或各奪命，或各傷害，或各
鬥爭，或各內損，諸凡生起，皆僅愚夫非智者。
By the truth, the true words and the expression of truth, make them be gone! Make them go away!
以真諦、諦詞、諦語，願離去！願消散！
By these foundations of secret mantra blessed by the experts, protect myself and all sentient beings!
以此智者加持之密咒為基，守護吾及諸含識！
Completely sustain us!
請全面庇護！
Completely care for us!
請全面守護！
Completely guard us!
請全面養護！
Bring us tranquility and well-being!
請令寂靜樂善！
Make assaults be abandoned!
請遮懲罰！
Make weapons be given up!
請棄兵器！
When there is poison in the system, eliminate it!
但有毒存，盡請摧滅！
Make injury from fire go away!
